Operation Details
'Dogfish' was a British unrealised contingency plan, based on the use of Brigadier R. H. B. Arkwright’s 'Ark' Force, for the delivery into Greece of liaison units to establish better contacts with the royalist guerrilla and partisan forces in the event of a German withdrawal or surrender in this theatre (September 1944).
,Elements of 'Dogfish' were later incorporated in the 'Manna' (i) landings and subsequent operations in Greece.
