'Hellhound' was a British unrealised plan for the total destruction of Adolf Hitler’s southern retreat at Berchtesgaden in the Bavarian Alps by the concentrated bomber attacks of Air Chief Marshal Sir Arthur Harris’s RAF Bomber Command during the spring of 1945 (June 1944/spring 1945).
