'ML' was a British series of naval minelaying operations in the South Ruytingen Channel off the coast of the German-occupied Netherlands designed primarily to impede the flow of German coastal convoys between Germany and the part of north-west France in which the Allies planned to launch 'Neptune' (iii) and 'Overlord' (April 1944).
