'Rübenschnitzel' was a German operation against the partisan forces of Marshal Josip Broz Tito in the Zlatibor area of western Serbia within German-occupied Yugoslavia (28 August 1944).

The operation was undertaken by elements of SS-Obergruppenführer und General der Waffen-SS Artur Phleps’s V SS Gebirgskorps, and details of the course of the undertaking are lacking.
