Operation Details
'Tiger' (vi) was a German and Finnish naval minelaying operation in Kronshtadt Bay at the eastern end of the Gulf of Finland by Finnish minelayers and motor torpedo boats and German coastal craft (early May 1943).
,The object of this undertaking was to keep Vitse-Admiral Vladimir F. Tributs’s Baltic Fleet bottled up in its bases near Leningrad.
