'TO' (ii) was the designation of Allied convoys (together with a numerical suffix) plying the route from North-West Africa via the Caribbean (Aruba or Curaçao) to New York, inaugurated as the series returning to the Caribbean and the USA the fast tankers associated with 'Torch' and its exploitation, and as such reciprocals of the 'OT' (ii) series (November 1942/early 1943).
